I TELL STORIES. Every. Single. day!

It is my absolute passion in life and a skill I value most about myself.

Since I was a little girl I have immersed myself in stories. I use to tell stories to my little cousins to keep them entertained. I’d turn the events of my day into an adventure story to make my parents laugh, to motivate my friends, to bring people together and now to comfort my own little girl. Even the Gaelic meaning of my daughter's name means ‘Little Storyteller’!

My 8-year-old self would be totally enchanted by the idea that adult Polly now does it for her JOB!

I honed my storytelling skills at one of the most prestigious acting schools in the UK -  East 15 Acting School and did a degree in acting as well as comedy improv training at the famous Groundling School in Los Angeles.

I have performed in West End shows, TV, Film, and touring theatre, in Motion Capture for video games and films and even performed at celebrity's birthday parties under a Californian sun. And in California, Los Angeles to be exact, is where I fell head over heels in love with Voice Acting, and now in any given week I tell a dozen stories as

* Magical blue haired Princesses and blood thirsty Mercenaries for Cartoons and Video Games

*Mature and educated business professionals for my corporate work

*Warm and soothing Mothers for Commercials

*Upbeat and fun, informative voices for E-learning

 

All my experiences and training have honed my skills, guided me to create uniqueness in every story I tell and made me the trusted Voice Actor that I am.
